When do I submit my monthly spreadsheet?

By the 5th of every month (Ex. If you are submitting August shipments, they need to be officially sent in by September 5th to KB@sackclothandashes.com)

What happens after I submit my spreadsheet?

Your blankets will be shipped and you will be invoiced for the total amount of blankets.

What are the terms of payment?

Net 30. Once you are invoiced we need to receive payment within 30 days and prior to your next shipments.

When will my orders ship?

We will ship your orders within 30 days of receiving the fully verified address template.

How will I be notified once my list has been shipped?

The day your orders are shipped you will receive an email from us confirming the fulfillment of your list. The blankets will deliver between 3-5 business days.

What if one of my homeowners doesn't receive their blanket?

If you hear from one of your homeowners that they have not received their blanket, please notify us immediately at KB@sackclothandashes.com. We will investigate the shipment and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
